The Old Library has an open door policy and visitors are welcome at any time during the day and into the evening. It is better for the residents if visiting time can be kept outside of meal times, and typically lunch is served between 12 and 1pm.

As our care home is conveniently located close to the local shops in St. Peters Avenue and only a short distance from the sea front and promenade with its many cafes and ice cream parlours it is easy to take your family member out for any length of time during your visit.

For the benefit of any visitors there is a small ‘Private’ car park within our grounds, but there is also ample parking in the adjacent High Street ‘Pay & Display’ car park.  To save worrying about having the right change why not download the paybyphone app to pay – use location 807655.

Questionnaires on the quality of care are sent to relatives or significant others regularly. We wish to include all interested parties and hold periodic social events for friends and relatives of our residents.
