All bedrooms are single occupancy and guests are not expected to share their private space. Married couples can be accommodated in the same room. [read more]

Visiting
The Old Library has an open door policy and visitors are welcome at any time during the day and into the evening. However, it is better for the residents if visiting can be kept outside of meal times [read more]
Emergency Admissions
If an emergency referral comes via the North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus from a social worker or health professional, the manager will liaise with the referrer to carry out an assessment of the resident’s needs. [read more]
