Objectives

  • Blenheim Court Care Home objective is to provide a high standard of individualised care to all its Residents.
  • The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide the type of service: Care Home only (PC). The number and needs of people using the service are: old age, not falling within any other category (OP) (29), dementia care under the age of 65 (DE(E)) (29), Mental Disorder, excluding learning disability or dementia – Under 65years of age (MD (E)) (29) and Physical disability under 65 years of age (PD(E)) (29).
  • It is the objective of Blenheim Court Care Home that all Residents will enjoy a clean, smoke free safe environment within the home and be treated with care, dignity, respect and sensitivity to meet the individual needs and abilities of the Resident.
  • The care service is delivered flexibly, within the limitations of the care home environment, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion and with respect for independence, privacy, dignity and the right to make informed choices and to take risks.
  • Each Residents needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin or sexuality.
  • The home encourages all Residents to maintain wherever possible their social and cultural links with the community and to participate in the homes Activity Programme.
  • The home offers all Residents a varied, nutritious diet and where possible respect people’s individual requirements.

Regular outings and social activities are at the forefront of our care and we regularly organise activities chosen by the residents.
