The Alexandra Residential and Nursing Home has an open door policy and visitors are welcome at any time during the day and into the evening. However, for the benefit of all our residents we have protected meal times between Midday to 13.30 and 16.30 to 17.30 so we politely ask that you do not visit during these times.

As our care home is conveniently located close to local shops, schools, churches and a country park it is easy to take your family member out for any length of time during your visit.

For the benefit of any visitors there is a small car park within our grounds and we are also located on a local bus route

Questionnaires on the quality of care are sent to relatives or significant others regularly. We wish to include all interested parties and hold periodic social events for friends and relatives of our residents.
