Residential Care

Helping our residents to feel at home is critical where long-term care is needed.

Adults are cared for in a residential setting rather than in their own homes.

Our homes provide all the necessities our residents need: accommodation, meals, daily activities and personal care such as washing and dressing.

More than that, they provide company in an environment where people care about the individual.

Nursing Care

If a resident requires 24-hour medical care / nursing we are able to work with you to provide the right person-centred care plan.

Our care plans include the monitoring and assessment of potential clinical concerns, the level of care need required and a full understanding of medicines management.

EMI Care

Elderly Mental Infirm (EMI) care needs specialised training. In our residential and nursing homes we are equipped to deliver that care.

We understand that living with advanced stages of dementia can be difficult for residents and their families, that is why it is important to have properly trained teams in delivering EMI care.

These teams are there to help the residents to feel safe and secure within our homes.

Dementia Care

People with dementia need special care. The Logini Group provides dementia care in both a residential and nursing setting.

Our homes are designed to evoke fond memories from the past. We even have memorabilia to encourage mental stimulation.

Our homes that support people living with dementia are uniquely designed around the needs of our residents, to make residents feel comfortable and happy in a home from home environment.

Palliative Care &
End of Life Care

Working with your loved one, their family, their GP and other health professionals our teams do everything they can to make sure someone receiving palliative care has the very best quality of life possible.

Providing highly sensitive and compassionate end-of-life care within our nursing homes, we are there to support the whole person, not just treat their illness.

We recognise that a strong and understanding support network when providing end of life care is paramount.

This means that we go beyond providing just physical comfort, mental and emotional support, to ensuring someone has the right spiritual support, our round the clock care services put our residents needs first.
